Grab your yoga mat, wear your favorite neon colors and get ready to have a blaaaaaa-st with this goatacular yoga experience! Our friendly little goats will actively participate with the 30 minute yoga flow, by jumping up on your shoulders and backs. The yoga flow is beginner friendly and low to the ground, ideal for anyone who has never tried yoga before
