Yoga is typically structured and relaxing, but the added benefits of goat yoga make it a low stress environment where you can relax your body and mind while surrounded by goats. You don’t have to worry about your flexibility or if you’re doing each pose correctly knowing that everyone’s eyes are on the fun shenanigans of the goats and not on you.
Our sessions are booked for a one hour timeframe, with about 35 minutes of yoga stretching followed by time to mingle with the goats.
It’s a kind of a “go with the flow” session where it’s a little bit of exercise and a lot of fun!
We provide yoga mats, guided basic beginner yoga instruction and the goats.
Some of goats will even jump up on you while doing yoga poses! But don’t worry, the goats are lightweight and very friendly. You’ll be sure to have a lot of laughs and leave feeling relaxed and entertained.
Goat Yoga Sessions
Our goat yoga sessions are hosted at various venues and ticket pricing depends on the location. We have partnered with Overton Park Shell, Shelby Farms Park, and Herb Parsons Lake as a few venue locations. We also host goat yoga at our ranch in Rossville.
Private Sessions at the Ranch
Weekend Goat Yoga (Saturday)
A private one hour goat yoga session on a Saturday is $20 per person with a $200 minimum to book. We will provide yoga mats for all guests, the yoga goats and the yoga flow/instruction. We recommend wearing clothing you don’t mind getting a little dirty and NO loose/dangly jewelry. A $50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to hold your day/time. This deposit goes toward the total cost of your session.
*Outside drinks are allowed, food is not allowed
We have a party package available if there will be food/cake/guests/gifts.
Weekday Goat Yoga (Monday - Friday)
A private one hour goat yoga session Monday - Friday is $20 per person with a $100 minimum to book. We will provide yoga mats for all guests, the yoga goats and the yoga flow/instruction. We recommend clothing you don’t mind getting a little dirty and NO loose/dangly jewelry. A $50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to hold your day/time. This deposit goes toward the total cost of your session.
